233 lbs.....

i gained a few pounds back from 230...so im 233 now and i saw a doctor today and i got weight loss pill from him called "phentermine"and im not gonna "fast" anymore im gonna focus on CARDIO, i will be drinking about a gallon of water a day and be focused on eating fruit and veggies and grilled chicken and we will see how it goes....wish me luck!
